Welcome to Salad Hosting. By using our services, you agree to follow our Terms of Service. We aim to provide a fair and high-performance environment for all Minecraft players. Salad Hosting may modify these terms in the future.

1. Payments
By purchasing from us, you must agree to pay for the plans you order. Services may be suspended or terminated when invoices are left unpaid, chargebacks are opened, or fraud checks fail.
2. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Minecraft server hosting can be subject to maintenance and unforeseen technical issues. Salad Hosting is not liable for any data loss, though we give you the ability to create downloadable backups per set limit.
3. Prohibited Content
Users are prohibited from using our servers for illegal activities, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, crypto mining, or hosting malicious software. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination without refund.
4. Fair Resource Use
Game servers share infrastructure with other customers. You may not intentionally overload nodes, bypass plan limits, mine cryptocurrency, run unrelated high-load workloads, or use a plan in a way that harms performance for others. If Salad Hosting finds out you are doing this, we will either have to upgrade your plan, suspend your server, or even terminate your server. Disk space is not unlimited, you will get 7 GB of disk space for every GB of RAM you buy.
5. Service Use
You are responsible for your account, your server content, your plugins and mods, and activity that happens through your service. You must use the service legally and in a way that does not harm Salad Hosting, other customers, or the network.
6. Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund within the first 24 hours of buying the server. Refunds may be denied for abuse, policy violations, chargebacks, fraud checks, intentionally caused service issues, heavy completed usage, or services that were already renewed. Addons, custom work, migrations, or third-party costs may not be refundable unless Salad Hosting states otherwise. Create a support ticket or go to our Discord to request a refund.
7. Server Termination
If you or a Salad Hosting staff member terminates your server, we are not responsible if your server data gets lost.
