Salad Hosting may collect the information needed to provide hosting, support, billing, and account access. This can include your name or username, email address, billing address, Discord handle, server details, support messages, order details, IP addresses, and technical logs related to security, uptime, or abuse prevention.
2. Payments
Payments and checkout are handled through billing.saladhosting.com, Stripe, PayPal, and the payment providers connected to those systems. Salad Hosting does not need to store full card details to operate your game server. Stripe and PayPal may process billing details, transaction records, and fraud checks under their own policies.
